The film «Lobster» (2015) brings us to the world of the future, where single people are sent to a special hotel. That’s where they’re supposed to find a date. If they fail, they are turned into animals and released to the woods.
INTRO
The opening credits for the film are minimalistic, but effectively set the tone of the whole painting — cold, slightly absurd and both alarming. Titches are displayed against the background of a monochrome, almost empty landscape. It is a meagre, lifeless space that reflects the loneliness and indifference of the world in the film.
